Fees & FAQ

I aim to make counselling accessible while maintaining a sustainable private practice. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for clients experiencing financial constraints. Requests are considered individually, based on financial circumstances and availability.

If you would like to ask about a reduced fee, please contact me. Reduced-fee spaces are limited, and a request does not guarantee availability. If a reduced fee is offered, we will discuss the fee and review period before it takes effect.

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) for reimbursement.

Over the years, I have cultivated a trauma-informed, body-oriented, neurobiologically grounded and cross-culturally responsive clinical practice. I work directly with individuals and groups, supporting people through healing processes that are experiential, relational, and integrative.

My approach brings science and creativity together, while remaining attentive to the cultural, relational, and social contexts that make each person’s experience unique.

Services in English, Spanish and French. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and fluent in French, with extensive expertise working with interpreters in clinical settings.
